New health concerns have popped up (or previous health concerns have gotten worse) since baby arrived.
There are so many choices I need to make for Baby & so much information out there, how do I make the right choice?
Mom & Baby consultations were designed to support Mamas with Babies up to 12 months of age. These sessions consider the influence that Mama & Baby have on one another’s health during that first year.
What to Expect
During your first visit, we’ll review your full health histories (Mama’s & Baby’s) and current health concerns and explore the possible underlying causes of those concerns. We’ll also get you both started on your unique treatments plans, including gentle natural therapeutics, designed to safely support your health goals.
During subsequent visits, we’ll review your progress and adjust your treatment plan, as needed.
An additional benefit to our consultations together ~ they allow for plenty of time to explore answers to all of your health & mothering questions ~ from reliable sources and support in connecting with your unique inner wisdom.

The Nourishing Mamas Breastfeeding & Mothering Support is about informed, intuitive mothering – providing you with solid, reliable information and support for (re)connecting with your own inner wisdom, so you feel confident in the choices you make for your family. Stay tuned for new weekly sessions being introduced in the Moncton area.
This series of includes sessions for pregnant women, preparing for breastfeeding and others for new mamas looking for additional support with breastfeeding, infant nutrition and maintaining their own health during the early years of mothering. All of them aim to ease stress & overwhelm, so you can focus on being the mama that you want to be. We can arrange 1:1 consultations or gather a group of women for a workshop-style session.
There are sessions for pregnant women, preparing for breastfeeding and others for new mamas who are looking for additional support with breastfeeding, infant nutrition and maintaining their own health during the early years of mothering.
